I ended up returning this item. I originally bought the item to replace my current phone case that has a couple of scratches but a similar style. When this item came into the mail I realized the quality was not the same of what I am working with now and I didn't feel my phone would actually be protected if I dropped it. The rubber protectors were pretty hard telling me they wouldn't absorb shock and the plastic surround was definitely flimsy.For the most part this phone case is...decent. but I started experiencing problems with it the longer I used it. My first one? When I dropped my phone in the shower and water seeped all in the back of the case. Now given, this isn't waterproof but I had never had this issue with other looser phone cases before and given how tight this case was on my phone I did not expect this. But water was compacted on the back of my phone and too close to my buttons. Which lead to my second problem, getting this case off was a royal bitch, to the point I was worried I was going to shatter my own screen with as much force as I was putting into trying to pry this case from my phone. Once it's on, it's on and if you need to take it off for ANY reason you're going to have a major fight on your hands.The phone has a clear back. Which I thought would be nice as I have the prism back on my S10 plus. But for some reason this case leaves a shadow on my phone or some kind of air pocket/bubble and that makes the back of my phone look like it has a giant burnt place in it and for aesthetic purposes I don't appreciate that at all. Not to mention, I thoroughly cleaned the back of my phone and still, somehow, this phone case has created crime or some kind of condensation on the inside of the case making it look like a child has rubbed dirty daycare hands all over the back of my phone. Again an issue when it's a clear case and next to impossible to get this sucker off to clean.Finally, I haven't even had this case on my phone a month and already the piece between my phone and case to lock the phone into place is broke on two corners. I'm not sure if that's where I dropped it or from the man power I had to force onto this thing to get it to budge the times I NEEDED this case off. All and all, very disappointing and I would call it a waste of my money. But others might feel differently about it.Camera looks foggy and thumb print reader doesn't work with the tempered glass.Not too impressed with case itself. Haven't dropped my phone yet but I will definitely have to get a new case before that happens.The screen protector is super cheap and flimsy, and the fingerprint reader is horrible doesn't workEn poco tiempo el borde negro se quebró en 4 partes, saque el celular para limpiarlo y salió por pedazos.
