This is the worst casebook I have ever had in law school. Honestly almost as bad as my professor who required this book. The book describes almost nothing. There is little more than the cases and compilation of liberal propaganda articles. The authors are definitely left-winged and BLM enthusiasts, and they make a point of showing it throughout. Honestly, I do not care whether an author is left-wing or right-wing, but it truly gets away from the purpose of learning the material when you put it in a casebook. In nearly every single case there's a footnote which states the ethnicity of the criminal defendant. Ethnicity is truly not relevant, not in a court of law and not while learning legal concepts.
